MECHVAC designed and project managed the extension of the La Casa Del Formaggio cheese factory at Glynde SA. This factory processes 1.0 million litres per day of milk into cheese products. The factory extension was designed to double this output.

This project was an EPCM contract covering engineering, procurement and contract management. The project was completed in 2005.
