MECHVAC designed and manufactured a 1.5 kL chemical mixing tank. The tank is constructed of super duplex stainless steel and is fitted with a Sardik mixer and full height sight glass. The tank was manufactured under a full QA regime requiring a Materials Data Report, Inspection Test Plan and NDT weld testing.
This project was completed in October 2022.
