MECHVAC designed, manufactured and installed a cleanroom upgrade to the Redarc Electronics site at Regency Park SA. The plant upgrade consisted of:
- 200 m2 extension to existing Cleanroom facility. The facility was extended whilst the existing cleanroom and adjacent work cells remained in production
- Refrigerative reverse cycle air conditioning unit roof mounted
- HEPA filtered air supply system to cleanroom
- Electrostatic discharge vinyl flooring throughout
- Fume extraction system for connection to plant equipment
- All plant services for power distribution, compressed air, equipment earthing, chilled water and Nitrogen gas supply
- Relocation of a main access corridor
- Council approvals and Building Rules Certification
This project was completed in March 2024.
